The Roots Of Weeride Georgia

The idea of Weeride was born in 2018 while we were traveling to the Canary Islands and met riders from Poland. Inspired by Georgia’s culture, people, cuisine, and stunning landscapes, they came up with the idea of how incredible it would be to organize guided mountain bike tours in Georgia. After that, we arranged our first trip for them, and Weeride Georgia firmly planted its wild roots.

The team at Weeride has been riding high mountain biking trails in Georgia for over 15 years. After exploring countless trails and gaining the expertise needed to manage MTB & E-bike tours in Georgia, we created the Weeride concept. One of Weeride’s greatest strengths is that we own and manage all the resources we offer on our tours. This allows us to take full responsibility for every detail, ensuring high-quality service at competitive and reasonable prices.

Our facilities include 4×4 vehicles with experienced local drivers, a lava-stone tower guesthouses in the mountains, two restaurants on the way to the mountains and a signature craft brewery in Telavi. We also own one of Georgia’s most popular bike shops and service centers – Bikehouse Georgia.

My husband and I quite spontaneously booked a day trip to Truso Valley near Gudauri. The communication during the booking was fast and easy. We had a great day out in the mountains with Giorgi - he picked us up at our hotel in Tbilisi with the MTBs attached to a rack and then drove us to the trailhead that was near Kazbegi. We felt very safe and comfortable with Giorgi during the car drive. The bikes were in very good condition. We spend around 3 hours exploring Truso valley on the MTBs. We had a coffee break at a small village. As we’re not super experienced, Giorgi selected a nice mix of easier, but also single trails, adapting the tour to fit our capabilities. I can really recommend Weeride Georgia for a great biking experience and very good service.☺️

We were mountainbiking in Georgia for 14 days with Giorgi from Weeride, exploring the best MTB spots there, such as Tusheti, Khevsureti, Kazbegi and Svaneti and the region around Tbilisi. The planning, preparation and execution of the 14 days was perfect, and Georgi is an entertaining companion who not only knows extremely much about Georgia and MTBs, but also speaks excellent English. Even after the 14 days, when we were still a week on their own in Georgia on the road, Georgi was helpful to us in case of problems via Whatsapp to the side. If you are looking for guided MTB tours in Georgia, you certainly won't find a better address than Weeride!

Super quality and services! Giorgi,our guide,has been very professional and make us descover Tusheti region trails! It has also be very kind in order to solve some problem with bikes and so on. Bassi,the driver,has complete this small but excellent team! Accomodation and food with greate quality! Lastra day we ride also in Borjomi National Park in a wonderful trail in the forest
