From Didgori Battle Memorial To Tbilisi

The Didgori Battle Memorial commemorates the legendary 1121 battle where King David IV’s army triumphed against overwhelming odds, securing Georgia’s place in history as a beacon of strength and resilience. Located in the picturesque Didgori Valley, the site offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and serves as a symbol of national pride.

Our adventure begins at our bike shop in Tbilisi, where a driver will take us to the Didgori Battle Memorial, about a 1-hour journey. After soaking in the majesty and beauty of this historic site, we’ll set off on our ride back to Tbilisi through stunning forest trails.

The ride starts with a few medium-level climbs to get the blood pumping, followed by an exhilarating downhill stretch. We’ll end the ride on a scenic trail offering panoramic views of the city.

We’ll finish our day back at the bike shop in Tbilisi, completing a memorable and rewarding tour.
