We were a group of middle-aged (50y+) guys who had an amazing 1-day trip to Shatili and back with Giorgi and his crew. In the morning 4W minibus to the top of the Datvisjvari pass and then downhill moutainbike on gravel roads to Shatili. Stunning vistas at the pass and a beautiful gorge the last kilometers before Shatili. After lunch in Shatili we took the buses back to the pass and the bikes downhill to our guesthouse close to Roshka.
The bikes were of really good quality and the trip very well organized. In addition, Giorgi was extremely helpful when another operator cancelled our transportation the next day. He quikcly reached out to his contacts and found somebody else to drive us at the same price. Highly recommended!
